Roxanne Jones is the latest Twitter refugee since Elon Musk's takeover. I salute her. I escaped that insanity myself about a year ago, and haven't looked back.

There's no denying the appeal; I know it as well as anyone. But if you haven't at least taken a genuine break of a few weeks or months, it's highly recommended. There's an undercurrent of toxicity and mob mentality on these platforms that isn't always obvious to the involved eye.
